Make 3CX and a VoIP phone system a New Year’s Resolution

The Switchboard or Call Management view has a new mode views for each level of user, from regular user, receptionist, manager, queue manager and the wall-board.

Our favourite new feature is the ability to drag and drop calls for quick blind or attended call transfer from the receptionist view.

We also love the new wallboard as it gives a new level of control with real time statistics influencing call placement decisions, and smart reporting.



As an IT Support supplier we are particularly pleased with the arrival of the ability to monitor the active server from the standby server meaning a much smarter failover process and further reduced downtime in the event of a server issue.
