PHPSESSID | SESSION | The PHPSESSID cookie is native to PHP and enables websites to store serialised state data. We use it to establish a user session. This is needed as part of the security |
cc_cookie_decline | SESSION | This stores the user’s non-consent to use cookies. Value : “YES”. This does not use unique identifiable data. |
cc_cookie_accept | SESSION | This stores the user’s consent to use cookies |
_unam | 3 Years | The “__unam” cookie is set as part of the ShareThis service and monitors “click-stream” activity, e.g. web pages viewed and navigated, and time spent on pages.
We are advised that the ShareThis service only personally identifies you if you have separately signed up with ShareThis for an account with them and given them your consent. |
_ga | 2 years | Used to distinguish users. |
_gid | 24 hours | Used to distinguish users. |
_gat | 1 minute | Used to throttle request rate. If Google Analytics is deployed via Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_ |
AMP_TOKEN | 30 seconds to 1 year | Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a Client ID from AMP Client ID service. Other possible values indicate opt-out, inflight request or an error retrieving a Client ID from AMP Client ID service. |

90 days | Contains campaign related information for the user. If you have linked your Google Analytics and AdWords accounts, AdWords website conversion tags will read this cookie unless you opt-out. |
settings | SESSION | Our support system on https://help.ntes.ie uses a cookie during the two-factor authentication process to allow technical support connect to a remote computer if requested by client. |
Third-party cookies | variable | Some of the cookies set on the site may be served by third-parties and not directly related to NTES IT Support. If you are a member of a social media site the interfaces configured on our site allow the social media site to connect to your site visit and browsing behaviour to the personal data held on your social media site If our website has an third-party functionality (For example a video embedded from YouTube) the third-party may utilize cookies. These third-parties have their own privacy and cookies policy and you are advised to review them separately. |
